What makes A person rich?
One day a father of a very wealthy family took his son on a
trip to the country with the firm purpose of showing his son
how poor peopel live.
They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would
be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son ,
"How was hte trip?"
His son replied, "It was great , Dad."
"Did you see how poor people live?"the father asked.
"Oh yeah," said the son.
"So , tell me , what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.
The son answered "I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and
they have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars
at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small pice of land to live on and they have fields that
go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they
have friends to protect them,"
The boy's father was speechless.
Then his son added, "Thanks, Dsd, for showing me how poor we are"
Isn't perspective a wonderful thing?

everything we have , instesd of worrying aboud what we don't have.
부자란?
어떤 날, 굉장히 돈이 많은 부자 아버지가 그의 아들을 데리고 가난한 사람이 어떻게 살고 있는지 보여주기 위하여 여행을 떠났습니다.
아주 가난하게 산다고 생각되는 농가를 찾아가서 밤 낮 이틀을 보냈습니다.
돌아오는 길에 아버지는 아들에게 물었습니다.
"여행이 어땟지?"
"참 좋았어요. 아버지" 라고 아들은 대답했습니다.
"가난한 사람이 어떻게 사는지 잘 봤지?" 하고 아버지가 물었습니다.
"네" 하고 아들은 대답했습니다.
"그럼 이번 여행에서 무엇을 배웠는지 말해보거라." 아버지가 물었습니다.
아들은 다음과 같이 대답했습니다.
"우리는 개 한 마리밖에 없는데 그네들은 개 네 마리나 키우고요,
우리 수영장의 길이는 우리 정원 중간 밖에 못 미치지만 그네들의 것은 끝이 없는 시내를 가지고 있더군요.
우리 정원에는 수입한 외등을 밤중에 키지만 그네들은 수 많은 별을 가지고 있어요.
우리의 뜨락은 앞마당이 다인데, 그네들은 지평선 끝까지에요.
우리는 조그만 땅을 가졌지만 그네들의 땅은 끝이 안보이데요.
우리는 우리를 돕는 하인을 두었지만 그네들은 서로 돕고 살아요.
우리는 음식을 사서 먹지만 그네들은 자기네 것을 직접 키우더라구요.
우리는 우리를 보호하기 위하여 담을 쌓지만, 그네들은 그들을 보호하는 친구를 가지고 있더군요."
그 소년의 아버지는 할 말을 잊었습니다.
그 아들은 말을 이었습니다.
"아버지, 우리가 얼마나 가난하게 사는지 보여주셔서 감사합니다."
재미있는 얘기지요?
우리가 가지고 있지 않은 것을 염려하는 대신 우리가 가지고 있는 것에 대하여 감사 한다면 얼마나 놀라운 일이 일어날가요?
